Downshifting with VelocityOne™ Multi-Shift

Hi, I just bought new VelocityOne Shifter and when I try to quickly downshift, it goes into neutral.
I checked the settings and the velocity app and I think it's the game's fault.
Could someone help me?

 

I just bought one too. the issues i am having with the shifter, slight delay in inputs and the downshifting rapidly and going into neutral seem to be with the game itself. i have tried the same thing with both Assetto Corsa and American truck sim and they do not exhibit the same issues.

 

I also think this is an issue with the game. I think it's because it doesn't detect it as a shifter but a set of buttons, because I had to add the individual gears by myself, but i could be wrong and in the official Velocity app, it downshifts normally. Maybe they'll fix it in future updates.

 

Hopefully it does get updated in the future to fix it, but right now I'm just gonna say it is probably too small of a group of people with the shifter for it to get fixed soon. Might be a bit. Not sure though.

 

Yeah, you're right, it's still kinda new on the market, so we just have to wait for an update.
