I can't find it. I've looked for it.

Also I do have the new update.

Use SAFE MODE.
If the ambulance is there, you have a mod that is causing that.
Find which and remove it.

Found the problem. There was a mod conflicting.
Deleted it.

Welsh ambulance skin (messes with the cab paintjob on proper ambulance) and an ambulance mod for the H-Series.
