does anyone know if the Ivanov IV-204E is still being worked on?

does anyone know if the Ivanov IV-204E is still being worked on? i found it yesterday and was wondering if it was still being worked on. i read the comments and a lot of people said it was canceled and stuff like that but the last thing the author said was he lost a bunch of progress and it still says its a wip.

Just so you know store lab lost all the mods files when it was almost finished he got banned then unbanned and left the community
