Does Anybody know where I can find this?

There Is a car sound I have been eyeballing it wan in the dukes and vanishing point... Here is a video to show you what sound I am talking about.

 

That appears to be the sound of a Dodge LA V8 engine i.e a steaming lump of poo

Often in films like this, the cars used for general filming are fairly basic models (not always though), and the engines are sometimes fairly underwhelming, but in the film's context are more impressive.

My point is, that particular car in that scene probably had something basic like a 318 or 340 V8 in it. The Dodge Charger also used these same engines (they are both from the same company after all), so that would mean that they sound similar/the same.

even if the sounds in either film differed from each other (i.e one clip was from a 440 hemi for example), an old American V8 is still going to give off a fairly similar noise to another one.
