Do i use vulkan renderer?

Ive been using the normal "launch" button when ever i start up beamng, but ive been wondering if i should vulkan instead

 

What are your specs?

 

I use a 3050 TI, 11th gen intel core i7-11800H, and i have about 16 gigs of ram

 

When you play the game, try bringing up the performance graph (Ctrl + Shift + F), and look at the top to see what is flashing white or red (CPU, GPU, etc.). If CPU is lit up, Vulkan can improve FPS, while if it is GPU that is lit up, Vulkan will likely have no improvement or be worse. This is based on my experience with both a laptop and a desktop. Vulkan helps with CPU bottlenecks, so if you are limited by your CPU performance, Vulkan can improve FPS.
