Is there any way I can disable the force feedback completely? I'm not a fan of it

Global device settings in Logitech profiler is one way to do it.

Yeah, it's applied, but i can still tell that it's on. Here's how it is in both the game and Logitech Profiler: http://prntscr.com/9krbwn

Hmm I will need additional information to debug your issue. Could you please run the support.exe tool located in your BeamNG installation directory, and post the resulting ID number back here? Thanks!

Thanks, but unfortunately your steering wheel was not plugged when you ran the support tool.

Can you please connect the wheel, run beamng, and then run the support tool again?

Your logs show continuous errors everywhere. And according to them, FFB was correctly disabled.

I am guessing your issue has to do with mods breaking the original code, or with a corrupted steam installation. To rule those options out, can you please disable all mods and retry?
If that does not work, then revert your BeamNG installation by following these exact steps:
    -Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
    -Reinstall BeamNG.

Then try again to uncheck the "Force Feedback Enabled" checkbox, and it should be working correctly.

After reinstalling the game the wheel is working fine without any FFB :D
