Devs should incorporate manual gears + thrashed motor for bus (bus routes)

I have experimented with a mod that introduces thrashed engines to stock vehicles and another mod that adds manual gearbox for the bus. Together they make driving the bus hell. I would love to put this concept into practice by doing bus routes with a bus that's got a bad engine as well as manual gear box. That's a true challenge for anybody looking to prove themselves to the Viking Gods!
