Deleted Unpacked mods, now irreversible?

I was playing around with a mod when I thought that maybe unpacking it would help me look at it better, I thought it would unpack the modpack into individual mods or something along those lines (I have never used the feature prior to this) and when I realised it wasn't that, I wanted to get rid of it. I couldn't find out how to unpack the mod as I didn't think it would be in the Repository so I decided to just remove the unpacked mod and just reinstall it.

Sadly this has not worked and created some problematic effects. I can not download the mod again nor unpack it, I cannot delete it either and even when activated it doesn't work in game.

This means I can not only not use thism od, but it will be infinitely installed on the game.

Is there any way I can fix this?

I was thinking it could be possible to fix the issue if I downloaded the unpacked version of the mod and inserted it into the folder, then unpacking the mod form there and hopefully it would return to normal but that would require somebody end me a copy of the unpacked file.

If there are any other ideas on how I could fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: For unknown reasons, this issue has self-resolved itself after the 3rd ish time of playing the game since the error.
