Default plate text

Hi there again,

Just a little question,
I remember there being some way where you could set a default plate text that spawns with your car (somewhere in the world editor I believe)
Because now the game just uses your steam name (if it can)

My question is basically if that is possible and how, if not, if it would be possible to make it a "feature" for the next game update.

I mean, sure you can just change it in the parts menu but every time I restart the game / change map?
