The issue would be with the devs not wanting something like this because it makes the game less family friendly. Someone made a pedestrian mod a while ago that the devs asked them to not release, although the stig mod has been released since then so I don't know if the devs are still standing with that line
Well the Stig is supposed to represent the generic stunt driver (hence never revealing itself on Top Gear), and the dummy is supposed to do what it's meant to do. Also remember the goat mod that was ripped from Goat simulator? The devs didn't tell the mod creator to take it down either.
Honestly, I don't see the huge deal, if there is no blood or gore, what's the issue? When this game get's an age rating it's already going to be 'Teen' due to the side of the ETK I Series race car saying 'BeamBeer', and the mods should not affect the age rating at all.
Here's another thing, to be on the forum, you have to be 13 Years old if you follow the rules (My other account I made weeks before my 13th birthday lol)
This mod is very meh-ish. I mean, I did a 70 kph crash into the deer with the D15 and the deer ended up looking like this... Well, I shoulnd't say much. I can't do better either.
