Because I have no life, I like to browse the forums at late hours, but am blinded by the forums bright layout. I was wondering if this forum could have a dark mode like some other sites have. I looked around the forum but could not find anything pertaining to this so sorry if this was brought up before.
Couldn't agree more. Only the "dark" side to this pun not intended is in night while your device is murdering your eyes putting it in dark mode could make the text harder to see. For me it is easier to see black text over white than white text over black. Even then it is not that big of a deal. I don't want this murdering my eyes so I agree.
Agreed, those with AMOLED screens like the S7 and S7 edge will really appreciate dark more, because it saves battery and looks better.
You can always invert the colors, but it will also invert the images... I think there are plugins that add a dark mode.

Would something like this do the job ? I wouldn't be against it personally, since it could be practical at night (or just in dark rooms ).

Bump, I browse the forum late at night as well and this would be a very nice feature to have. I'd think the majority of the forum browerers are night dwellers so this could suit their needs.

Its not perfect, but an improvement none-the-less. like for example the "Expand Signature" shows a white glow
