    Hello all,
When i export my object as collada in 3dsMax, and import that file into the beamng editor, this happens to my textures(no errors in console)

this is what they SHOULD look like though

    any help would be appreciated.

If you are not using OpenCollada, start there. Built in max exporter never worked for me.

i actually would be using it if it didnt give the error missing or invalid zip package(can post a pic if needed) on startup. Im new to 3dsMax and i couldnt find a good install tutorial.

    UDATE.
opencollada is now installed properly, testing now if it will work for beamng

    Update2
didnt work. im going to try another model to see if its just this one or all of them

    Update3

Still doesnt work. open collada doesnt even export all the shapes and materials.

this is what 3ds max does to my textures(with or without open collada). Open collada doesnt even export my mesh right either.

How about you try using the scale option on the right and set it to like ... 0.001?

Ahh ... might be just the size. Maybe there is a texture scale option somewhere?

scale option, i will try that. and as far as i can tell, there is no texture scale option.

    update
scale option does both texture and object, no luck there
