D-Series Wont Spawn

Hi, my D-Series refuses to spawn, no configuration will, and when I click "Spawn New" or "Replace Current", the camera goes to some weird aerial shot of the map, and the truck doesn't appear anywhere. My gauges also all read zero, my tachometer reads zero engine RPM, and the start/stop/diff lock control center disappears.

I had exactly the same issue. Disable the mod "D-15 tough truck." That broke it for me.

If you click ESC (escape) and will see a little bag time thing inside the side menu and click on that and look for “D-15 Tough Truck” and if see it, disable it.

As always, if you use mods, disable them all and check again.
This is very likely an outdated mod.
