D-Series Tailights/headlights no texture

On just the D-series and only the d-series the headlights,taillights, and even the third brake light say no texture on them. I don't know if it would have anything to do with me having everything on lowest but that is mostly how I have to run the game because of lag issues. Which with the lighting being on lowest all the lights of vehicles don't shine on the ground so that could be something, I have attempted to clear my cache multiple times but it doesn't do a thing.

 

That sounds like a broken mod. Try running the game in safe mode.

 

So I did figure out it is a mod, so just going to have to deactivate mods I know have something to do with the d-series till I figure it out thanks for the help.
