D-Series does'nt spawn

oh yeah and somehow you cant delete text or undo text you've written in the feedback part so ill gues you should fix that xD
in the white part of the screenshot you cant delete the stuff you have written, so you have to start all over again if you make only one mistake
and yeah the D-series just wont spawn up .. no matter wich map or variant of the car ... the Computer just says "NO"

rip ... yeah i already did a clean reinstall because of another bug ... ill try my best but if it doesnt help ill have to reinstall
oh yeah btw .. is there a way to save your own made configurations of cars in the game before reinstalling ?

so im reinstalling the game now ... and one thing i still have to mention is ... somehow ... i dont know why ... i can open beamng without starting it with steam .. so i locked it to the taskbar on my desktop and since this moment i could open it without steam even being started ... do you have any idea why this works ? (oh yeah and steam also doesnt count the ingame time and all the steam features obviously do not work when im starting the game this way )
