Unsolved Custom height map

    I want to create a map that is 9216x2048, are there any programs that can create a height map like this?

    Use L3DT and then resize manually I guess.

    yeah, another thing, i want to make my local area, and its 9km by 2km, is that equivalent to 9216x2048?

    It's equivalent to 9000×2000. Metric system is easy.

    yeah, cuz i got l3dt to work and it says 90km by 20km, i use the metric system myself, but i wanted to make sure
