Custom configs wont stop showing after I delete a mod

So in the image I have provided, I have deactivated all of my mods and deleted them. I want to delete all of the white pictures because they slow down the ui and it looks ugly. I tried spawning it in to see what happens and it spawns a white d series why flys into the sky with no engine. Can someone please help me get rid of the pictures or find a fix that would remove the pictures when I deactivate the mods. If I disable the custom config option they all go away obviously but this isnt ok for some mods.

 

You have to go to the user folder and delete them manually.
There’s a fast way to find it, Vehicle config -> Save and load -> Open user configurations folder
There, go to 0.29/vehicles/ and remove all the folders of mods/their content.
