Current version 0.22.3 not showing mods in list/0.22 folder that is being used and shown as latest

I am facing multiple strange issues.

1. Under appdata/local, the only version folders shown are: 0.22.10, 0.22.0.1, and 0.22, however when I boot up the game it says 0.22.3

2. When I click the "latest" shortcut, it goes to the 0.22 folder

3. BeamNG does not detect any of the "mods", "levels", or "vehicles" folders unless upt in the 0.22 folder

4. On top of all of this, the "mods" selection from the menu does not detect any mods that are actually showing up in-game.

 

They now regrouped the folder per major updates, and no more per minor updates, so 0.22 is the latest.

 

Got it , but the issue of mods not showing up in the list, but being useable, still persists. I'm trying to make a new tutorial on YouTube and part of it is unpacking a mod, which I cannot do.
