Just fooling around on PCPP and am entertaining the idea of getting a new complete build. I am competent in actually building and getting it all to work but I am not 100% on which parts to eventually buy to make sure they all work together. Take a quick look and let me know if there is anything I can cheap out on, or just get a good, basic, running hi-end CPU and GPU setup. Thankss!!!

Your motherboard has adequate sound. And it has ethernet. And go for a 1050 Ti with 6 pin power.

Good idea, although I have to add that an i7 watercooled is overkill. Just get an i5 with a Hyper 212 Evo, and maybe spend the extra money on an RX480.

Go for a newer i5 6xxx CPU (e.g. i5 6500) without water cooling. It's newer and you can spend the budget that you save on a GTX1060 / RX480. And that sound card is not necessary.
