SOLVED csr elite or any fanatec wheel pushing button 20

This post is for anyone with their fanatec wheel (mostly csr elite) pushing button 20 and forcing feedback to go wild. I had the same problem with my csr elite steering wheel. I have tried everything I could. but no force feedback or registration of my wheel.

what I did to fix:

1. I went onto the fanatec website and looked up my wheel.

2. near the bottom of the website it has 3 options. description, downloads, and faq.

3. click "download" and go to the section that says "drivers".

4. click the very bottom link of the drivers. (if you have 64 bit look for the one that says "64bit")

5. install the driver and set it up.

6. restart your PC.

7. open beamNG.drive and enjoy!

(p.s. let me know if there is something else that worked for you. this was in my case with the csr elite wheel.)
