Your processor actually includes info about the graphics too, which is helpful. You've got an iGPU, which basically means your GPU is built into your processor. I think it should be fine for Blender though. Go to this link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool And download the tool there. It should be safe, but you can virus check it if you really want to. What it will do is check to see if your PC has a driver available to update, and if so, should help you through the process of updating it. I'll also do some Googling on Blender with an iGPU, since I saw something on it earlier. Hopefully it'll lead us to a solution quicker. P.S: I'm on my phone now, since I went to bed.
