   Im using a Core2 Quad Q9650 3.0 overclocket at 3.7 and im having cpu idle temperature in low 20s to 30 degrees.Im running all fans at high speed all the time.Im using a Coolermaster XDream i117 cooler.My gaming temp doesnt go higher than 55 degrees.Is this normal?

   Could be. Either your cooling system is pretty good, or your reported temperatures are not correct.
   I think it's the first, especially since you have that thing running at full speed.
