Covet Wont Spawn

When I try to load up the Covet, it is just nothing. I always clear the cache, ive tried safe mods. Nothing helps.

Try reinstalling. It will reinstall all the game files.

Did you try to completely wipe the Documents/BeamNG.Drive folder?
What does the console says?

Not just reinstall, but did you also removed the 'Documents/BeamNG.Drive' folder? A reinstall does not touch that one, you have to do it manually.
