could i get away with this?

    for a map im makin, ive created some "Carwrecks" from the DAE files of some vehicles...

    i first tried "j-beamed" ones with physics but they didnt behave quite right...
    then i just used the meshes, but nomatter what i did or how i set the "collision types", i couldnt get any collisions to happen.

    Now... heres something cheap i came up with:

    fake collision.jpg
    fake collision2.jpg
    fake collision1.jpg
    fake collision3.jpg
    fake collision4.jpg

    so...? can i get away with it ?

    There is a guide on how to get collision to work on complex meshes. Since you can't use the visible model as collision mesh (too many polies, will end up lagging the game), you should use a lowerpoly model.
