I don't want to come off as rude, but we all know that people on here can get upset when somebody makes a post in the Community Screenshots thread without attaching a screenshot, so why not have the thread set up in a similar way to the Development Screenshots thread (Each post contains a screenshot/contributing post)? If somebody is asking a question or has something useful to say, then they shouldn't feel obliged to attach a screenshot just to follow the rules of the thread, as long as it doesn't become General Discussion 2.0.

    Just my 2¢. :)

It was actually like this in the past, but then you ended up with 1-2 and more pages of only discussion.
The thread titles states you need a picture simply as a reminder, in order to avoid that.

Please don't take things to the extremes (ie. doing forum police, ordering people to post pictures and etc.), as it gets ugly.
Simply use the Report button if something is wrong.
