Actually, I don't have skinning abilities at all. I need a suggestion that doesn't require any additional effort.
Well, it is easy. Mods are not easy at all. Making these type of mods will only get you more hate and no respect for your mods.
If you're talking skinning and UV skinning, then that makes it harder for me because I don't have the necessary programs to make skins.
Its probably a good idea then to go to google and type "GIMP" or "Paint.NET" and get started. Totally free and plenty of tutorials.
@CarBro74 Its usually a nice thing to encourage somebody to try new things not discourage them to the point they lose interest because of a few selfish remarks by people that only think about themselves.
Police trucks, also it's easy to make a police skin just color the parts black and white and put text on the doors
Skinning is easy, the UVs make it quite simple to do. If you are struggling to get skins into the game, look at the official tutorial.
