Well I decided earlier today I wanted to create a basic generic police skin for the grand marshal. Simple enough? No. I followed the skin tutorial adding the color palette 2 and made sure the template was correct and no matter how many times I tried the UV's would be screwed up. I could recolor them easily, but the template would not be lined up. There would be a stripe on the trunk and the rear bumper. I can post my file if it is needed however for the time being I am just posting a image of my failure. If some one could tell me what the hell I am doing wrong, or possibly maybe make a working bi or tri color skin for the grand marshal I would be most appreciative.
Does your color palette file have the "_uv1" in the end of the file name? Like "my_skin_color_palette_uv1.dds" or something, if that's the case then do remember to update the materials file too
