Clutch

    I can still shift without pressing the clutch on my G27 and on my xbox 360 controller even in "Realistic" mode. Is there something wrong with my game or the devs just didn't add this feature yet?

    Go to the Gameplay folder in the Settings menu and turn off Clutch assist ;)

    Now the car stalls if it stays still while in gear but I can still shift without the clutch. Using "pedals and axis" app I noticed the clutch was not being pressed while shifting without the clutch assist but the transmission managed to get in gear anyway. What am I doing wrong?

    That sounds normal. The same would happen in reality if you stay still, in gear, without pressing the clutch.

    AFAIK, the game doesn't prevent you from shifting without the clutch, but you will damage the gears.
    Do that too much and say bye to your gearbox.

    Is it normal that there isn't even a sound of the gears grinding? Do the gears get actually damaged but I can't hear them?
