This is a racing kart from the Post Classic era (1980-1991). It's a similar type of kart to what Formula 1 legends like Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher used early in their racing careers.

This is my first vehicle for BeamNG, so I wanted to start with something mechanically simple. I've tried creating traditional cars but making the suspension beams proved to be, uh, quite the task.

So far, I have created the JBeams for the frame and seat, and it is driveable. It tends to hop and skip under high cornering loads causing the steering arms to bend 180 degrees, which I'd like some help with. I also need some help finding power figures of a period correct 100cc engine.

Other things I need to do is texture the wheels, tires, and engine parts.

For now, have a video of it in action:

(I actually had to stabilize this video via Vegas, as the original footage is headache inducing)

Other than the fact that it sounds like a covet, it looks pretty great. Good luck

Nice vehicle! Any options for a pigeon engine for a superkart?
