Chrome Embedded Framework: a concern for Windows 7/8/8.1 users

    So, after I reading about Steam's Discontinuation on Windows 7/8/8.1 due to CEF (an embedded version of the Chromium) is dropped support for it...

    And the question is... will those users (Windows 7/8/8.1) can be able to play BeamNG on the upcoming release, 0.28 (and later this year) until the January 1st, 2024. Or updating CEF to the latest version (currently is v111 / the last version on W7/8/8.1 is v109) so they can't be played on their own unless they upgraded to the newer OS such as Windows 10 or 11
