Over the years, no smart fortwo (or any microcar) mods were available, so I decided to create a smart fortwo mod myself. I chose Cherrier because it is French and seemed to fit the "smart" brand better than other brands. I started this project in january of 2024, and I will be posting updates with dates here. Enjoy! FIRST UPDATE - ended may 30 I had nearly finished the model, but it had major imperfections, with a bad mesh and structure. I wasn't happy with the look or feel and was considering giving up. However, I knew that making BeamNG mods is challenging, so I persevered. I had many ideas, but I settled on a reasonable one: to make it similar to the Aston Martin Cygnet but with a Smart car twist. For those unfamiliar with the Cygnet, Aston Martin took Toyota's old car, the IQ, similar to a Smart car but with a 3-1 seater design, and turned it into a luxury microcar. When I learned about this, I thought it would be a cool idea to recreate that concept in BeamNG Drive, with a little twist of my own. here is the images ↓↓↓↓↓ SECOND UPDATE - ended june 18 I already knew what I was aiming for, so it was easier to work on my project and understand its purpose. However, I had a major flaw - the design. I didn't know what I was creating, and it was difficult because I needed to modernize the old, outdated feel of the car. The entire car needed a makeover, so I pushed myself into hardworking mode and started working diligently. That was my own mistake! after this i needed 2 week rest and i should recommend to keep some work ahead! heris the pictures and major improvements! ↓↓↓↓↓ > better tridum safety cell. > new modern headligths. > better doors . > panorama { sunroof /moonroof }. > better brakeligths . THIRD UPDATE - ended july 6 I'm going to start importing the 1.0 version soon. There are planned updates up to the 2.0 version. This update will address small imperfections and include a full interior makeover. In essence, it's a refinement with new colors and new plans! > new colors! [ cherrier og colors included! ] 1. dream blue. 2. rose quartz. 3. arctic white. 4. summer yellow. 5. luxery brown. > interior redesign. > fixed rear ( stripped ) parts. The only decent smart car I knew was the Bitron B2, and that's pretty outdated. And finally a modern one is coming into play. I hope you finish this, because this would be a rly silly lil car in beam

why ETK? maybe a whole new brand would be better, something like "Genius 4our2wo" or something like that
so i would not change any of the names here this is already sorted out and fitted to the best . no etk will fit this car. cherrier is underrated .
Yeah, bitron is citroen, but i think they meant it more like small city smart car size aka small hatch for the city besides that, this looks cool so far, can't wait for more progress
