Changing the browser Alt + O uploads with.

I recently tried a new browser (Opera), but I have since gone back to using Chrome as my primary. But when I take a screenshot with Alt + O, it uploads to my old browser rather than my primary.
Chrome is set as my primary, so it should upload to there. I don't know where and if you can change it in the game settings/files, but it'd be nice if I could do this without having to re-install or anything of that caliber.

Any help?

 

It always uploads and opens IE no matter what my primary Browser is set as

 

I changed my default browser in win 10 to Mozilla, it works fine on my end.
