    [UPDATED FOR VERSION 0.24.1]

    Hello there,
Just a quick tip for all users and players that may want to switch their in-game speedometers from mph to km/h or the other way around. It's a small thing to do, but it may change your in-game experience significantly.
I saw a lot of requests for this and decided to make one just to help others with as few steps (so it is easier to do it), but that it works afterwards. Keep in

STEP-BY-STEP PREVIEW (updated for version 0.24.1):

    1. Open and run BeamNG.drive on your device.

    2. After the game has loaded successfully, you will find yourself in the main game menu, like this:

    2. Find and press the "Options" button in the main menu.

    3. After pressing the "Options" button, a new window will appear. Find and locate a button saying "User Interface".

    4. After the window has opened, find and locate the "Unity System" button.

    5. Press on the arrow pointing downwards and select your preferred unit system. You will be given the option to select the following:

    6. The final step would be to select the option you want, save the changes, and return to your game, and you're all set!

Please keep in mind that some metrics units are automatically set by your game, so in some cases, there will be no reason to change them (unless you want to, of course).

Please refrain from posting non-related comments.

The metric system makes a bit more sense but it's a pain to convert.

the metric system makes a million kajillion times more sense than imperial, but since I’ve learned imperial I’m sticking with it

I'm sure if I sat down, did the math, and stared at it long enough it'd be easier to get used to.

but who the hell is tryna do that

I came to here because I thought it was a tutorial on how to make a new unit, like speed in knots.
