changing anything in my configs in game will make me crash

    anytime i change like a part on my car doesnt matter if its one or multiple my game crashes. ive deleted over 200 unused mods and possible broken mods and nothing worked ive done multiple cache clears deep cache clears cleared the old cachces and redownloaded the game twice aswell. the error i keep getting is 0x00000001

    i might have fixed it by just throwing out all my mods execpt the ones i accually use on the daily
