   This may seem like a SUUUPER dumb question, but i made a mod, and i got messages on it saying I need to set the resource state to "pending_author". How do i do this?

   You sure the message said that?
   That's something the 'repository moderators' have to do, not you.
   
   Your mods needs to be approved by them before it's visible to everybody.
