Change car dashboard from mph to kmh

Is it possible to change the Dashboard from a car to kmh? I already changed it to kmh in the settings but the Dashboard from the car is still in mph. What can i do?

Some cars have that option in parts menu (ctrl+w), but not all, those which does not have an option, one would need to do little modding and make new texture for the speedometer.
