Here is a CB on which I am working, I made you a little demo video of the progress! I know you would like to have it in several vehicles but for lack of time I limit myself to the Stambecco and the T-Series. I still have physics adjustments to make but also an improvement in the structure of the nodes for a better deformation of the cable. What I have to do to finish - Adjustment of the cable nodes for better deformation - 1 additional antenna attached to the side of the Stambecco to be compatible with the cage - Port for the T-Series
Holy crap, that's beautiful! The subtle details in the textures and that swinging cable is simply fantastic!
I was just thinking about this whole thing how it could work. Maybe if you have time, you could add a variety of floppy antennas for Stambecco which are rather high and thin. Similar to 70's military vehicles.
afaik IRL its used mainly by truck drivers to communicate with each other. not sure about the Beam mod, i guess idk look nice?
From Wikipedia on "Citizens Band Radio": Citizens band radio (also known as CB radio), used in many countries, is a land mobile radio system, a system allowing short-distance person-to-many persons bidirectional voice communication among individuals, using two way radios operating on 40 channels near 27 MHz (11 m) in the high frequency (a.k.a. shortwave) band. Citizens band is distinct from other personal radio service allocations such as FRS, GMRS, MURS, UHF CB and the Amateur Radio Service ("ham" radio). From my understanding it's a certain band of radio frequencies for short range communications between citizens, often with handheld devices, or devices that you see mounted in vehicles (such as the type the OP of this thread is trying to implement as a decorative object) Anyways, from what we've been shown it's looking pretty good so far, and I'm excited to see where this goes. Have a nice weekend
