Cars spawn in with no wheels

    When I spawn into any map, no vehicle shows up so I am in some sort of flying cam. When I do spawn any car, it spawns in with no wheels. I deactivated every single mod and cleared cache and it still wasn't fixed. When I run the game in safe mode, everything works tough.

    clear cache..seems to fix the majority of the problems/crashes..i suggest to remove every broken mod
