you have money and a garage, and using that money you can buy cars, the Ibishu Pigeon is standard (diesel) and you can upgrade and get parts for more money, you earn money buy taking people about (taxi ish) or by taking people out(police) and other stuff, you have to pay for fuel, and there will be good upgrades (carburettors, turbos, wheels) and stuff you can buy higher model cars and save up or you can buy beat up cars and save money
