Well, first you need to find a modeller willing to do the modelling. Then its a case of however much they want to charge, which if its at pro rates will be a few thousand or more. Then you need someone willing to Jbeam it too. The end result is that if you want a vehicle mod, either stick it in the existing vehicles suggestions thread where it will be ignored for eternity, keep it to yourself or learn how to model and JBeam before making it yourself.
