Car not saving custom

When I save a car or truck it doesn't actually save and when I load it, it deletes the car/truck

 

This might be a long shot, but that's exactly what happens when you use an apostrophe in vehicle's name. So if you called the car something like "DigiVore's truck", try naming it "The truck of DigiVore" instead. If that wasn't the case then I'm out of bullets here.
