Car loses power and randomly drive backwards

Hey Guys,

I got a strange bug where cars tend to lose power once I brake for the first time after I reset the car. It gets to a hold very quick and than by itself drives backwards without me doing anything. When this process happens and I push the accelerate paddle, it goes to neutral. I got this on EVERY MAP WITH EVERY CAR Also with standard BEAMNG DRIVE VEHICLES AND MAPS.

Could someone please help me what to do? Its extremely annoying.

Do you have any steering wheel conected up ? Maybe the Axis is beeing triggered all the time.. ?

If not: Try to press Arrow down (Brakr / Reverse) key if the car magiclly goes backwards.. Maybe your keyboard has some strange problem ?

If not google a bit around.. maybe you have the same problem on other games as well ?

 

Yes I do have a steering wheel connected but I don't know what you mean with axis triggerd

Turn off Arcade shifting mode (press Q on your keyboard).

Arcade shifting will automatically reverse you after you stop and still hold the brake.
