Car color

    How can I backup my colour in material editor so I can save my colours ??

    You find the materials folder, and make a copy of it. Name it something wildly different, ie original = "materials" make the new folder "Materials BACKUP SAVE"

    Then, should something go wrong, you simply erase the contents of the original materials folder (The one the game uses) and copy in the ones from your backup version.
