Cant Spawn

Whenever I try to spawn into a map it doesn't load me in a vehicle. When I try to spawn a new vehicle it spawns me under the map and I cant get play. I even disabled all mods and reinstalled the game. Please Help

I can spawn a car but it spawns me under the map. in the console it says it cant find ground or something like that

I actually just figured out what happened. I studied the code and figured out that my default vehicle got changed and that's what was causing me not to load in properly.
