Can't Select Different Engines?

So it had been a while since I had played Beamng. I had returned to it about 2 years after playing for some time and a lot had changed. I went into the game and I usually enjoy modding the Sunburst. i went into "engines" tab and found that when i selected the V8, or the V10, the tachometer would become blank with no revolution numbers, and no engine sound, and the gas didn't do anything. That's the best I can describe it. I've googled and searched the forums with terms such as "Engine Bugs" and I did not find anything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well, no luck. In the time of being absent, have I missed something? I will attach a picture as well to show you what it looks like when I select a new engine.

 

Do you have any old engine mods installed? The powertrain update broke alot of older engine mods, maybe you have one still installed in your mods folder.

 

No engine mods found. Only a sound add-on to replace the original turbo BOV sound. Other than that, all terrain and vehicles.

 

You do have an engine mod, there is no official v8 or v10 for the sunburst.

 

Well that makes sense. Back when I used to play I used to be able to put a V8 in the sunburst. Now I can't. Alright, well thank you Taza.
