Can't seem to get custom skin to load.

    I'm trying to use a mod that was developed in July of this year and all I get is a white car. I believe its a custom livery but it doesn't seem to apply. I've looked in the console for any clues but I haven't seemed to find anything helpful other than a few errors for parts that don't exist (and are automatically set back to default) as well as this,
