Cant save settings properly, cant move user folder

    I run on 0.17, because my pc is too weak to run the newest versions at a decent framerate. But, as the title says, i cant save settings (keybinds mostly) without changing cars / restarting the game, and only the last change actually saves, others get deleted. I made BeamNG an exception in my antivirus, and i cant move the user folder. What do i do?
