Hey guys, I recently have been trying to make a map for the community and I have run into some issues. I can't seem to import a heightmap into the game.

I followed this tutorial almost exactly (I created my own heightmap though) and it won't upload into the game. Tutorial-Making-a-terrain-for-Beam-NG-(in-depth-guide-with-pictures)

I'm confused as to what I'm doing wrong. I created the heightmap in L3DT and I exported it and everything but it gives me this error:

    ImportFailed!.png

    When I go into console:

    Console.png

So, I decided to try his, his worked for some reason

Do I need to change the max height or something in the settings?

MySettings.png This is my height map.

I might as well give you the heightmaps themselves :p

    height[1].png (Tutorial)

I have also considered the fact that the tutorial might be outdated. If that is the case please tell me.

I really don't know why this is happening to me.

Again, this is where I learned everything from: Tutorial-Making-a-terrain-for-Beam-NG-(in-depth-guide-with-pictures)

I know this has been posted but the other thread didn't help me much. I need some fresh ideas

If anyone has any ideas about this, just let me know, it is not that important to me but I still want to be able to make stuff for this wonderful community :)

I looked at your heightmap and it appears that it is not a power of two. (256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024) Yours is 768x768. Just for your convenience, I changed the heightmap to a power of 2 for you.

I tested this one and it works fine. Enjoy!

Thanks! I really appreciate your help :)

I'm kinda new to this (you might have noticed :p) and I don't know how this works. This helps me a lot though! :D
