    CrashBoomPunk has some private mods given to him by some people. I guess they want someone to beta test or maybe want to flex that their mod got in a video. I don't know the details but I know that normal people can never get these mods. Sometimes they are private meshslaps and sometimes normal WIP mods like it seems in this case. He uses them in a few videos and then stops, but keeps them in game so sometimes they get spawned in traffic. This mod might as well be several years old, outdatded and barely working.
    (He also has my cannon truck but hasn't used it in a video yet, I guess it's just too slow lol)
