I am having an issue finding the levels folder. I bought the game off of steam and I checked the steam\steamapps\common\beamng.drive folder but I still cannot find the levels folder. Am I looking in the wrong place?

    Thanks ahead of time.

If you are looking for the official maps then you should look in steamapps/common/BeamNG.Drive/content/levels .
If you want to install mods then you just have to move the .zip files into documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods . If the mods dont work try extracting them in the mods folder.

Ok. I am installing a mod that requires you to put it into the levels folder so it can be put into the scene with the level editor. (it is the spike strip mod)

I think that mod isn't supported anymore with newer versions of the game since the way your supposed to install it isn't supported by the game anymore IIRC.

Some mods incorrectly reference files, which means they only work when put inside a recognized "levels" folder. A possible folder for this is "Documents/BeamNG.drive/mods/levels", but that isn't created by the game itself, so you'll have to make it first. Placing a mod there should work (assuming the mod works at all).
